What this site is

LelongCentral collects publicly published bank and court auction notices from across Malaysia and presents them in one place, with the legal facts stated in those notices. We are not an auctioneer, a bank, a broker or an agent. We never handle bids, deposits or payments, and we are not a party to any sale.

Verify before you bid

Everything here is a copy of what a public notice said at the time we read it. Auction dates move, sales are withdrawn, reserve prices change, and notices are sometimes corrected. Every listing links to the source — the auctioneer, bank or court publishing the sale — and that source, not this site, is what governs the auction.

Before committing money to any property, confirm the details directly with the auctioneer or bank and take your own legal advice. Do not rely on this site alone.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, financial, valuation or investment advice. Where we show a comparison against transacted prices, it is a calculation from published transaction data for similar properties, not an appraisal of the property in front of you and not a prediction of what it will sell for.

Accounts

An account is free and unlocks the legal detail on a listing. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used to scrape the site in bulk, to resell our data, or to disrupt the service for others.

Use of the content

The underlying notices are public documents and we claim nothing over them. The way this site organises, presents and enriches them — including our comparisons and page design — is ours. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not copy the site wholesale or run automated bulk collection against it.

What we can promise

We work hard on accuracy and publish the provenance of every fact so you can check it. Even so, the site is provided as-is: we cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the strength of it. That is precisely why every listing points you back to its source.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
